October Updates — Fatso, Millfield, and What’s Next

It’s shaping up to be a busy (and bloody) month.

My splatterpunk novella Fatso drops this Tuesday. It’s grimmer and grimier than my usual Grindhouse fare—more human cruelty than monsters this time—but still very much in my wheelhouse: fast, mean, and soaked in atmosphere. And blood.

Hot on its heels, The Millfield Terror arrives October 28th in both ebook and paperback. That one’s pure creature-feature, eco-horror chaos, another love letter to the paperbacks that warped me growing up. I’ll have signed paperbacks of both available in the shop.

I’m also about halfway through drafting the next Grindhouse Horror novel, Bloodspawn—a nightmare of immoral science, shady government conspiracy, and fertility experiments gone horribly wrong. Expect it early next year.

Meanwhile, Vermin House and The Witches of Blackmoor High are both in post-burnout limbo. First drafts are done, and I’ll be polishing them up for release next year. They’ll be worth the wait.

And one last bit of news: I’ve finally settled on the title for my gritty, experimental horror project—a blend of gutter psychedelia and cosmic despair. It’ll be called Veins of the City, and if all goes well, it’ll see the light (or the dark) before the year ends.

Stay tuned, and as always—thank you for reading.
