Meat Grinder Monday: Snot, Sin, and Slasher Fiction

It’s that time of year again — no, not Halloween (yet), but the annual ritual where my immune system takes a vacation and leaves me to wrestle with a chest cold straight out of hell. Between coughing fits and NyQuil naps, I’ve been hammering away at the keyboard, trying not to sneeze directly into the void.

While Feeding Ground is taking its well-earned nap in the drawer — letting the meat settle before I come at it with the editing scalpel — I’ve been working on my next grindhouse splatterfest, The Millfield Terror. That one’s shaping up to be mean, greasy, and full of things best left buried.

Quick update on Roadkill Girls — my author copies hit a minor delay, but they should land in my bloodstained hands by the end of June. If you’re waiting on a signed copy, thank you for your patience. I promise they’re coming, complete with that fresh ink-and-gasoline smell. In the meantime, if you’ve got Kindle Unlimited, you can dive into it right now — no cost, just carnage.

More soon, assuming this cold doesn’t finish me off first.

Stay nasty,
J.M.

P.S. If you’ve already read Roadkill Girls, drop a review on Amazon or Goodreads. It helps more than you know!
